Water hygiene is important in a normal pool, but especially important when dealing with vulnerable patient groups that have recently been hospitalised. Certainly in these days of infectious diseases like Covid-19, attention must be drawn to this important topic. At EWAC Medical, we put a great deal of effort into creating a safe and hygienic exercise environment. In this presentation we explain how a water treatment plant works and why, by today’s standards, pools still have to be disinfected with chlorine as a disinfectant.
