A scoping review found that aquatic exercise is effective in generating positive changes in mental health. Factors like depression, anxiety, mood, self-esteem, and psychological well-being are positively influences by engaging in aquatic activities such as swimming, aqua-aerobics and aquatic exercise. Therefore aquatic exercise can be a promising conservative therapy for mental health management.
