Significant impact of Aquatic Therapy on Aerobic Capacity in COPD supports the case for long-Covid rehabilitation

In a new systematic review and meta-analysis, researchers sought to explore the difference in rehabilitation effects between water and land-based aerobic exercise. The purpose of this review is to provide a basis by which practitioners and therapists can select and create appropriate therapeutic programs.
